I was present for one of Jane�s demonstrations At Tewkesbury Mediaeval festival last weekend. I was really impressed by the inclusiveness of the experience and how knowledgeable and skill-full she is. It was a very interesting, informative and entertaining presentation. It was also delicious. I wish I had had time to taste the pottage and watch the preparation of the bread. The amazement on the children�s faces when milk magically turned into beautiful butter was priceless. Don�t miss this experience if you have the opportunity.
