I was present for one of Jane’s demonstrations At Tewkesbury Mediaeval festival last weekend. I was really impressed by the inclusiveness of the experience and how knowledgeable and skill-full she is. It was a very interesting, informative and entertaining presentation. It was also delicious. I wish I had had time to taste the pottage and watch the preparation of the bread. The amazement on the children’s faces when milk magically turned into beautiful butter was priceless. Don’t miss this experience if you have the opportunity.
